I'm done running for the remainder of the PG.
I've got 3 long walks under my belt this week.
S: 4 miles
M: 2.5 miles plus 600 stairs
W: 2.5 miles plus 600 stairs
The stair climbing is tough--especially since I feel like I'm carrying a bowling ball in my pants.
Hoping to get two more good walks in this week. Plus I did a spin class and tonight is volleyball!
