Use a bag. Everyone I know(including pro racers) carries a bag and when they race remove it! Unless they are the crazies running tubulars on the road, then they carry the spare tire in their jersey.
Oh and my bag only holds a tube, carteridge, levers, and little co2 pump. I can fit my house key and my license in it also, that is it!!

I like the name Marilyn. Makes you think of Marilyn Monroe standing on the manhole and her dress blowing up in the air! I'm sure your not alone in wanting to wear different color jerseys. My Trek is black and silver and I wear all different colors and never worry about clashing with my bike. You're gonna LOVE it!!
