    2) Do you think that I (who am a woman's medium/small fit into a man's small?)
It's definitely not warm enough here for a jersey yet (-30 windchill currently), but I really love my TwinSix Fat Cyclist jersey that I got last year. It supports a good cause (Win Susan!!!), is my favorite color & matches my bike.

It's a men's sz. small that I am wearing in the photo. I usually fit into a sz. 4/6 in women's clothing just to give you an idea of what size jersey might work for you.

Urlea, you're as cute as a button! I bet you can kick bu tt on that bike, too. What a great match between bike and jersey.

I found the Twin Six jersey to be too short. It's made for someone with a shorter torso. And the pockets come up too high.

For short sleeve jerseys, I mostly wear Nikes, but I don't think they make cycling clothes anymore except for the Livestrong stuff. I like the lack of elastic on the arms and at the bottom.

For sleeveless, I like the Shebeest easy-v. They're comfortable, not too snug and the provide good coverage on your shoulders/back so you don't have to worry about being unable to reach all the bare spots with the sunscreen.

On the rare occasions that I have bought a men's jersey, I found them to be very long.

    1. My favorite but I lost 25 lbs and it doesn't fit! I wonder if it can be tailored? And last week it was warm enough for sleeveless in Texas, today high of 45. Go figure! Oh and look a good reason to show my bike, I love bike porn.

My second favorite, sorry bad pic but the only one I got access to!

    2. Lets see I have Small, Mediums, Large, Extra Large. Descente runs tiny and to get my rather top heavy assets I need a XL and I have two of those. Mens club cut I need a small. Those A&M ones are men's racing cut but I have a small because I was really thin when I ordered it in 2004, I probably would prefer a medium. Primal Wear (older) I wear Medium. That red jersey is club cut large, I need a medium now. So like everything else, sizes are a crapshoot.

    LOL, you make me laugh!!

Unfortunately for me the quads & calves aren't from cycling (I just started last year). It's a combination of wakeboarding, snowboarding, hiking & running muscles, but I'm working on converting them to riding. So far it seems to be working, we'll see.

Ny_Biker I am kind of surprised you found the TwinSix jerseys to be too short. I consider myself long waisted and haven't had a problem. Was the jersey you tried a women's or men's? Because I know the mens are longer (which is what I have).

It's a womens. I started with the medium which was too small, but the large is still snug because the elastic at the top of the pockets is up to high and it's too tight.

My favorite jersey is my 2001 Death Ride jersey that I bought when I finished the ride. It's not very pretty. It was the purple and yellow year. Yuck. But it's the fact that I DID the Death Ride that makes me like it.

I wear anything from a women's medium to XL and a men's medium to XL depending on the brand. feh The only thing I know is that I'll never wear a small.

My favorite is the Speed Queen sleeveless jersey. I'm always cleaning or doing laundry so it fits my personality.
