Yes, you are. Pearl is referring to the FINISH. It's not metallic or flat or glossy. It's pearl.
It is a very pretty color, and looks shiny and new even with a layer of dust on it.

Who knows how old the parts are but they look new, as the re-build moves along they are all being cleaned.
