    Yes, you are. Pearl is referring to the FINISH. It's not metallic or flat or glossy. It's pearl.

    It is a very pretty color, and looks shiny and new even with a layer of dust on it.

    Hey, good idea!- Next time my furniture is covered with a layer of dust (hmmm...when is it not?)- I'll just say it has a 'pearl finish'.

    And they saved the headbadge! Thanks Chris Who knows how old the parts are but they look new, as the re-build moves along they are all being cleaned.

    Steve, Chris's wrench says it'll be a shame to ride this in the rain. I know Knott keeps her bikes spotless.
