Ok I am in. (Do I get credit for the 11 lbs I lost in Jan/Feb?).
I'm at 180 now. I do WW and weigh in on Sundays. Goal for 5/1 is 174. I don't know why. I also do regular body composition analysis like what Jo did (though with the pinchers instead of the impedence thing.) Anyway, I was pretty pleased that my lean body mass remained the same between December and February, though I lost 11 lbs. Means I lost FAT which is certainly the goal.So I will be doing another testing probably mid-April and we'll see how it goes.
I need to drink less wine for sure.![]()
