eclectic - I would love a housekeeper. But then I'd feel like I had to clean up before (s)he came, so that I wouldn't appear to be a slob... I did have someone come in and do all the windows yesterday - inside and out. That was well worth it!

Back on topic - your mention of leg cramps piqued my interest. I don't usually have cramping problems while running, but I do notice that I get charlie horses in my feet sometimes when swimming (happened this morning, too). I wonder if running will help minimize that, or if there's some good foot stretching exercise I should be doing after running to help minimize the tendency towards charlie horses when swimming. I'm pretty sure I don't spend enough time stretching after I run - especially my calves which tend to feel "tight", but not necessarily painful.
