I found the "swings" for the legs and they felt good. I did most of them this morning. I also started putting Nu Skin on that weird blister/callus near my bunion. Every time I run, it gets worse. If I don't see improvement, I will go to a podiatrist. My husband keeps saying, "See, I told you running was bad for you." Oh, I am a walking compendium of sports injuries.
I went to the gym today and did 30 min. on the elliptical and then yoga for 75 minutes. When I was on the elliptical, all of a sudden, my left calf started hurting. OW! It worked itself out by the end of the 30 minutes, but when I went to stretch it afterwards, it hurt. It has to be from running yesterday. It doesn't hurt now, though and I hope it will be no problem on the x country skis.
Weather looks sketchy up in Stowe. It might rain on Sunday, but Sat. and Monday look good for skiing. OK, off to the train station.
