Eclectic- Can you may do a combo? I run a crushed granite that has concrete parts so I get a combo. Some short days I just hit the asphalt of the neighborhood.

Last night I did 55 minutes. Came home with an upset stomach and couldn't eat. I think I might have gotten dehydrated but I felt miserable. My stomach is still wonky this morning so maybe it wasn't dehydration, I hope it was.
