Got in a 3.5 mile run today. I was planning to a longer run but I was not feeling very well. I think I was just dehyrated. My plans are to run 3x/week and bike 2-3x/week and use the stairmaster to get ready for my duathlon. I have to really focus on stretching as my hamstrings get so tight during my runsI think I will plan on one long run on the weekend and work on speed/intervals mid-week. I will have to see how that goes. I don't have a track nearby so I will have to do intervals using the timer on my watch.
