    And I have completely the opposite opinion. Some saddles are meant for more upright positions and some for more forward aero positions. Some road saddles are far too wide to mtbike with effectively.

    However, I think it is up to the rider and her posterior what saddle she uses on each bike. Try the saddle you have. What do you have to lose? If you are using similar style bikes, more than likely it will work.

    I got a Specialized Toupe for my race bike and loved it so much I got another one for my more upright Specialized Sequoia; hated it!
    I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
