    Isn't the worst idea. I still haven't given up but I keep toying with idea of being a complete mountain bike fred and putting a platform on my left side, leave the clip on the right. DH is appalled at the thought. Like he should even get an opinion, right? We can't all be the cool kids.

    actually we have more than a few customers who are very good mtn bikers who ride platforms. A couple of guys race and are pretty fast too??
    I just need to develop my skills a bit more.

    I think am going to try the Time XS first. I am not convinced with my weak ankles the Candies are easy release as advertised. I feel locked in them which stinks because they are yellow and I really like them. Sorry to threadjack.

    I really like the pink brakes, did the mechanics balk at putting them on? There are a couple at my shop that never seems to be put off by my need for my bikes to be "pretty". The others kind of look at me like "okay, whatever".
