    Any time you feel like you are about to overtrain, send me a pm and I will talk you down off the ledge. I lost a whole year due to overuse injuries.....so give me a shout and I will yell at you!

    Thanks for the input. I am debating when I should start intervals. I am not too concerned about speed training on my bike. The running intervals make me a little nervous as I strained/pulled my calf pretty bad last summer during a gentle run. I do want to improve my running speed so I know I should try to incorporate some interval training, I just don't want to do it too soon. As I sit here Sunday night I think....Work gets in the way of me having fun But I guess work allows me to have fun too
