Ah well, next month I pledged 500 miles for my club's March Madness fund raiser for helmets for needy kids.I've continued to eat more salads and fruits, but we're also in for a rainy spell. Sigh. My goal for March is that elusive 115!

I started following this thread the last few weeks when I decided to diet and increase my exercises for lent and for health(lent is really just a time like New Years that change comes easier for me). I have been inspired by everyones weight loss and I am hoping I can be added to the spread sheet.
