Oh no, only just read this thread, my bestest friend on TE, that accident sounded so bad.
Lots of nice warm baths, especially before you go to bed, and chocolate, yes chocolate helps, especially some of those lovely gooey scrummyAnd of course, some hot buttered crumpets while lying on the settee with a good book and watching an old black and white film on TV!
I have never heard of Valley Fever so had a look on the internet and came across this. "How do people get valley fever?
Valley fever is spread through the air. If soil containing the valley fever fungus is disturbed by construction, natural disasters, or wind, the fungus spores get into the air. People can breathe in the spores and get valley fever. The disease is not spread from person to person." So, simple, just don't breathe when you are on your bike!!!
Anyway Denise, YAY, at least you are back on your bike, um, well, sort of, next time just hang on to those damned handle bars tighter!
Sending lots of good karma and one very big pink flutterby.
Hugs
