As for the shorts. Yep I showed running son when he got home yesterday. At first he thought the terrier had gotten a hold of them. Then I lifted my shorts to show him my hip. He gasped and asked if I went to the hospital.
Not quite that caliber, but ouchie all the same!

Just a few minutes ago I was squeezing by some bikes in our storage area. A bmx bike handlebar caught me in the bad hip. YOUCH!!!!! It took all I had not to shout some "not so nice" words!
