Hey LPH, how are you doing? Do you still look all beat up like your avatar? I cringe every time I see it.
Aw, thanks for asking. I look pretty much normal, just switched my avatar to one taken this past weekend. Skiing is so far the best thing I can do, it stretches my arm "just enough". Slowly, slowly, after a year it should be all normal.
To keep on topic, and since we're in the 70s - here's another one of me and my brother, 1979 I think. I was pretty cute back then, and I think he was too behind those awful glasses.

Oh, that's so much better! You look like you are climbing the Himalayas- so inspiring! Glad you are recovering.
