Been settling into the new home, relationship, doggie, working full time for two months and just getting healed up and better! What a year and a half. Body aches a bit for the colder riding, but can't wait for the weather to break and start rollin in the sidis again. Good to be back!

Is your new girl a rescue? Looks like she's a tripod. Welcome back and please keep us posted on your riding adventures as a bent rider.

She's a rescue from Operation Scarlet in Lancaster, PA. We don't even want to think about what happened to the leg. No surgery, it just got broke off the vet said, but it is ok right now and healed. She is the biggest sweety and a perfect dog for me with all my limpiness. We walk about the same speed! Snowing today, maybe riding by the weekend! WHOOO HOOO!!

You have indeed had a life-changing and life-renewing time over the past year and a half. It's a whole new game and it looks like you've made for yourself a wonderful start!

    invsblwmn - Welcome Back!

Cute doggie too! What's her name?

Some of the rest of us are waiting for spring, and some of us are just plain slackers or whimps and have no excuse for not riding.

Her name is Bailey. She is now best buddies with my partner's "Bindie" a Jack Russell/Sheltie mix. The cats are not so thrilled, but they are adjusting.

I think I may have figured out what Shiloh is mixed with--English Setter. Border Collie and English Setter. I'm not very familiar with English Setters, but upon looking up the breed it makes sense. It would explain the spots, the pointing and the ears--border collie ears with English Setter fringe.

I think you should add Briard to the mix. You're Shiloh is quite fetching! I could watch her all day.

Shiloh is a cutie. How about a German Shorthaired Pointer or a Wirehaired Pointer? They have that color pattern.
