You are a Cyclist. Food = fuel. Think of it in the same manner as Sport Beans, Clif Shot Blocks, PowerGels, etc. ... except more tasty, and likely to melt in your jersey pocket if you stick them in there.
So, enjoy in moderation, and pedal a couple extra laps around the block to assuage the guilty conscience. The calories will pedal away![]()
