Hmmm, what to do...
I happily received my Valentine's Day gift of a heart shaped box of chocolates. Really, it's mostly about the beautiful heart shaped box (bling-bling--score for package marketing). The chocolate is delightful with just *one* piece--not the whole box (umm, which I have had more than one piece already).
This week I have been sick and only trained a couple of times. But, to my amazement the rest must have done me some good because my weight lose finally let go of it's plateau. I'm less than 5#s away from my Spring season riding weight goal.
SOOOO... what do I do???...
a) throw the chocolates away--tomorrow V-day is officially over--AND stay on the skinny track
b) keep the chocolates and mindlessly stuff the whole thing in my face--creep back up to where I finally just painfully lost
And, btw... DD is making a Valentine's Day cake as a project as I type. I have to eat some of that of course.
I tried sharing the calories, but they won't eat it. HELP! I need some support.
