This is the new dog I am fostering until after my son's new baby is born. He was found in a very bad situation, tied up on a 3 ft. chain in the same yard with some pit bulls who were unchained. He was 25 lbs underweight when he was rescued by a neighbor. They said they witnessed the "owner" picking up the dog and punching him in the face.
He's been at my house since Monday. Aside from not really knowing what to do with the other dogs while they try to get him to play, he's been such a sweetheart. I took him on his first walk today and he was such a good guy on the leash! His name is Mike. I'm so happy he's salvageable after he's been through so much.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
