That first fall is kind of like an initiation, isn't it? I mean, with cycling, falls happen, injuries happen, and then your riding buddies get to tell you all their fall stories and injury stories and cheer you on as you recover! It's like you've now "become a biker"![]()
And these girls at TE are the best at all of that supportive encouragement! We've all been there at some point.
If you get a chance, do tell us how the crash happened, and what your (and your bike's) injuries are! I sure hope you recover quickly and completely. Hang in there! It's never fun to be off the bike, but just know that you'll get there one day and it will be so wonderful!!
Also, there are many things you can do to aid in your recovery, including nutritional supplementation, physical therapy and exercise. Let us know what you're recovering from and I bet you'll get all sorts of ideas for healing!
