A few weeks ago I bought myself a turbo trainer and despite what everyone normally says about them I LOVE that thing!
Here's my question. I'm following a workout plan from a book (Workouts in a Binder for Indoor Cyclists - best book ever) and doing 5/6 sessions a week, but due to work/life I've missed a couple of days training. Over Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday I was supposed to make one speed then three endurance sessions of about an hour each. I'm happy to do both an endurance and speed session on a two-workout morning on Saturday, but not sure about doing two endurance sessions on Sunday. Should I just cut my losses and skip one of the endurance sessions, or has anybody got any better ideas?
