I love the kettle ball. I hate the kettle ball.I haven't been at it long enough to notice a difference yet, but I remain hopeful. My (new) goal is a muscle-up. Just one. I'm close, but not quite there. I'm also spending a lot of time in handstands and doing assisted HSPUs (I have some back issues and being in a handstand feels good).
Like Grog, I did not do so well with my running this week. Lots of cross training, but I was shy on the running. My 25k is 2/15 and while I'm sure I'll make it, it might not be pretty. It has some technical and steep singletrack, so I'm hoping to focus more on running/power walking uphill this coming week than I am mileage. Yesterday's run was painful and cut short as I kept punching through the snow (it was warmish) and ended up really wiped after about 8 miles. Will probably skate ski today because it's so nice out, and cold...THIS is why I don't get in my running mileage!!![]()
