speaking of perimenopause and night sweats, I used to get bad night sweats for the duration of my period. They were so gross, waking up drenched in sweat.
I started using wild yam cream and I haven't sweated since I started it. I also find I'm showing a lot of weird symptoms when I ovulate now, too, like crankiness and breakouts. sounds like the detox is still working or that since you had strep, your body is ridding itself of toxins.
