I'm a 36c. The tri tops are fairly good (especially the more expensive as V mentioned), but I do buy the tri bra also, and wear both. That seems to work well enough for me. I like a lot of support!

I think that a regular bra would not dry well, and may chafe (Is that how you spell that?) once running. Experiment! Good luck.

I don't rely on just the tri tops for support. I wear a supportive sports bar underneath. Nope, I don't wear the cute skimpy-dimpy tops. I do try to wear tops that allow me to wear a bra without looking too obvious. I have a number of black tops that I wear a black bra with.

I am 36c, but also have dropped since triathloning, but definitly wear a heavy duty sports bra underneath, a synthetic brand that dries out as best as it can during the rest of the race. It also keeps the trisuit from being "transparent" in the meshy areas. Bestform (Target, Walmart, 9.99) . A good friend of mine who is large, wears TWO bras under her trisuit. I do have trouble with chafing in the center during regular workouts, especially in the gym where I really sweat, so now I put a dry washcloth folded up right in the middle of my breasts and under the bottom elastic, and change it when it soaks through. In races, well I just chafe, very uncomfortable and red for days after.

I figure that is what I will have to do, I want smaller boobs!!!!! I know I'll get over it quickly since "cute skimpy-dimpy" isn't the best look for me.

You and me both. Breast implants are one thing I will never understand.
