FWIW: Most that I know that have had joint replacements have done VERY well, and been very glad they did it. Hopefully it won't be necessary for you, though. Hang in there.Everyone Deserves a Lifetime

I got discharged from PT on Friday.
My next MD appt is next week, so hopefully, I'll be back on the road soon.

I was discharged from the MD yesterday, so I rode (probably shoudn't as I know have a horrible cold
)
The roubiax is still considered "evidence" so I used the Hybird
The other bike path in Rancho Cucamonga:
an addtion to the rail trail it ends here(Interstate 15) since this the line between R.c. and Fontana:

I did 16 - probably too much, but I wanted to see how far they had extended the trail - it's about another mile
