Denise, I'm sorry you're having a rough go of it. I envision you bathed in light, surrounded by butterflies holding your motivation and desire exactly where you can see them and reach for them as soon as you are ready.

40 is going to be a great year for you, just as it was for me! I know it! For a woman, turning 40 is like turning on the power. All of those experiences we've had in the past 39 years all come together into a powerful, wonderful, whole person. Just like you. Triathlete, shop owner, mother, friend, beautiful woman, etc
