    Owie Lph!!!

    A friend of ours dislocated her elbow 2yrs ago & was off the bike for 6 weeks. Isn't that the average time all dr's give these days..6-8 weeks

    Take care of yourself! Remember, you might be able use a trainer but check this out with a professional first...

    That's awful! I hope it heals faster than normal and that the pain fades rapidly.

    Yeoch! No idea how long to heal and be back on a bike - but I don't think I'd want to chance that one
