I am doing this "secretly". All the times in the past when I joined this group I DID not lose weight. So I decided not to jinx myself. But I have started TODAY w/ my food issues. I am back on track with working out, but it is the food that is sabotaging me. So, I am w/ you all...but not posting. I am at the same place I have been FOREVER. So, this is it!
