Here's what I hope to do:
1) Two olympic triathlons (and actually be able to finish the run running!)
Lake Padden and Coeur d'Alene
2) Ride my first 50 miler on the road
3) Get a little more into Mountain Biking (buying a new bike will help )
4) More consistent yoga to help stay injury-free and get a strong core.
5) Continue boot camp in order to stay strong
6) Run a half marathon -- probably later in the fall
7) The Breast Cancer 3-Day in October -- my 4th! Going to San Francisco for this one
8) Drink more water, eat less sugar.
9) All of the above SHOULD result in some weight loss, no?
