Yoga for me too.

I did what I consider to be my first "real" yoga class yesterday - small class with a 500-hour certified instructor - and it was GREAT. I'm sore all over (but in a good way ). The studio opened just around the corner from my house while we were up north, and I am SO GLAD I decided to check it out!
