I've got a few fitness goals in mind for 2009:

---2000 cycling miles. (A mileage goal pushes me out the door!)

---Work in more yoga, pilates and light weights on a regular basis to help me get stronger, sleep better, counter stress.

---Drink LOTS more water. LOTS!

---Use my bike more to run close-to-home errands.

---*Maybe* ride my first century---an 'easy' one on friendly flat/rolling terrain.
