Hour and a half in an ECycling class. Less yelling from this leader than the other one.Less tending to vomit. I can't wait to ride outside tomorrow.
It was pouring today though so this was a great option.

Coach Troy virtual reality Autumn Country Training Ride. About 50 minutes of rolling hills. Should have been easy, but my butt hasn't been in the saddle for a couple months -- I forgot how sore it gets when on the trainer!
A couple more days on the trainer and it (my butt) should be toughened up again though. 
If it's not one thing it's another weather-wise around here -- thick fog to the ground, or rain. I'm really looking forward to a dry, clear weekend one of these days so I can ride outdoors!

43 miles, 31 degrees, windchill made it feel like 23 degrees. A dry cold which feels better than the dreadful cold/damp combo.

Just some more false flats, but today on my time trial bike. Have a TT coming up in just under two weeks and need to get used to the rotor cranks again
