Those run bikes are so much fun!!! I got my grandson one for his 3rd birthday in May. He took to it right away. We had such a great time riding together.

Oh I cannot wait to see pictures! I'm half tempted to go home just to watch him ride it. I want video too! I was just so pleased that he was PISSED not to get to play with his new bike. That's Aunt Hill's boy. She understands, she gets pissed when she can't play with her pink bike.

But, I'm really sad, and only you people here would understand.

One of his other grandparents got him a bike with pedals for Christmas. Now, none of them ride bikes like me. None of them HAVE bikes like me. I know they don't know that, either. But I'm sad because a) I didn't get to buy the bike, and b) it's probably from Wal-Mart, which means it is really heavy and has training wheels.

Awwwwwhhh, I read this earlier at work and it brought a tear to my eyes. I know the feeling. My mom's ex who is my "other mother" after 11 years in my life bought him some little bike with training wheels. I was already planning to buy him a bike so it cut deep when she emailed me that she already got him a bike. Whatever.

I already have his next ride planned too. He's getting a Haro Z12 because those are stinking cute. After that, I'm not sure. KHS has some cute stuff for youngins. It's soooo hard working in the industry because I see so many awesome bikes every day.

Oh well. I'll buy him his first road bike when he's 12.
