It is quiet and quaint, we spent our anniversary camping in the state park, hiking, star gazing and riding the scenic loop (76 miles through the mountains). Good idea, Aggie. I kick myself for not taking advantage of UT's awesome recreational outdoor sports programs when I worked there. They had a weeklong horseback ride in Big Bend when the cacti were in bloom--and I didn't go!!

I do miss Austin. I would have liked to have stayed there if I could have found a decent job. If I were in a position to up and move somewhere, Austin would be near the top of my list (along with Paris, San Luis Obispo, and Charleston).
