You don't have to be great to get started, but you do have to get started to be great. -Lee J. Colan
Those of you on WW how do you manage to be so diligent about recording everything? I don't have a problem at home, but at work its kind of hard to, unless I just use a very small notebook. I have a couple of small pockets in my scrubs and don't like to leave anything laying around in the lounge/lunch room.

I work in front of a computer most of the day, so after I eat something, I just pop open the screen online and record it before I go back to work. At home I have a laptop in the living room, and often bring it in to the kitchen to calculate the points as I'm cooking. I realize this probably sounds like overkill to many people, but i *really* like the discipline. It's very black and white. I either have points remaining, or I don't. If there aren't any points left, I stop.
One other thing I've found helpful is to use the points tracker as a PLANNER. If you take your meals to work, or know what you expect to eat, you can put it all into the tracker in the morning. Edit in the evening if you ate more or less of something than you'd planned.
