Go to an auto supply store, something like Pep boys or Auto Zone.
They should know.

If it's leather seats, try hair spray.
If it's fabric, try gently dabbing it with Wet Ones first then consider Spot Shot carpet cleaner.

Rub it with peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Then crumble some graham crackers on it and see if the dog will lick it off.

Trying to fit two bikes into a Camry gets interesting. Especially when your husband is 6'4". His bike seat is at my elbow height.

To get the chain grease off the car seat I mixed together some Dawn & Lysol all-purpose cleaner in a tub of water then took a scrub brush to it.

I also use my Camry for bike transport -- tan interior, beautiful chain grease "scars". I'll try everyone's recommendations -- especially Zen's!

Now.... does anyone know how to sew up the seams where the dog's foot broke through?

I can highly recommend the Saris Bones bike racks. Sucks if you have to leave your bikes because they don't exactly lock but when I was driving a car that rack saved my life. Now they come in all sorts of awesome colors. I got a lot of compliments on it, even from folks who weren't perverts saying "Nice rack."

In the mean time dish soap does cut grease as I have learned after several camping trips.

Sounds like you need to make an appointment with a upholstery shop. What kind of dog does that?? A great dane?
