I climbed obsessively for 4 years (now I train obsessively for triathlon ). Indoor climbing is a great way to get introduced to the sport. Climbing will work your upper body hard (after my first ever climbing evening I had to drive home with my arms laying in my lap, steering from the bottom of the wheel, because I couldn't lift my arms! ) Climbing can be great fun and I'm feeling the need to get back on the wall.
