One thing I have learned though is running muscles aren't cycling muscles aren't swimming muscles
I had been running and walking pretty regularily before I started swimming again, I thought "piece of cake"NOT
But that is why I LOVE Triathlons - ALL parts of our body get to suffer equally![]()
