    Biking in Bogota

I'd love to see this kind of attitude from the "powers that be" in my area--

Salon.com: Biking in Bogota and the East Bay
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

Kalidurga! I enjoyed the most recent entry in your blog. So, did you see a doc yet and are you riding again?

"Ciclovia" is coming to Vancouver... well, maybe. But the party that was just elected to City Hall had it in its platform, and a municipal project is going to be introduced at council next week I think.

Ain't it cool. No-car Sundays on a few streets.

Thank you, pardes. Seeing the dr. for a physical in January, but no riding for me until the weather consistently hits at least 50F again. That's standard, health issues or no
