I have two Neve sweaters - both purchased from Terry during their 50% off sales. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them both! They fit just beautifully.
Both of mine are heavier and 'dressier' than the Ibex stuff. Super, super soft and cozy though. I haven't washed either of them yet (I don't wear them for athletic purposes), so I can't say if they'll hold up or not. In fact, I'm not sure they are machine washable...but I never even looked.
Divingbiker - the one you ordered is BEAUTIFUL! I love that pattern and the color combo looks so versatile!

Terry's site says 'hand wash, dry flat' so I'll probably try that with mine when the time comes...

OK, they arrived. I am not sure if I am going to keep them. The waist actually fits, because I like to wear my pants lower, below my waist. They are loose, but not bulging out in the back. It's the bottoms of the legs I am not sure about. I tried them on in socks and they are down to the bottom of my feet. Almost on the floor. I have to try them on with my hiking boots and my x country boots. However, the velcro on the bottom of the legs has me puzzled. They are already wide legged and the velcro was not fastened to the tightest part. When i went to tighten the velcro, the pant bottom looks awful. I am not sure why it's there.
After I try them on with shoes, I will make my decision. It looks like it would be expensive or hard to hem because of the velcro/hem on the bottom. My husband has similar Ibex pants, but his have zippers on the legs. I always wanted some like his, but now I don't know if I can justify the expense; I don't think I would wear them outside of sports activities.
Well I am sorry they are so long on you. The 4 was soooo short on me I am really surprised they are that long on you. But if you don't love them, which it sounds like you don't, just send them back.
It is unseasonablly cold here, so I don't know what I would do without them. They really cut the wind, which I noticed is a major difference between them and my wool dress pants.
I guess I'm usually just happy to be warm and don't really worry all that much about how it looks.
Crankin, you could try pulling the pants in at the back so that it's higher at your waist and see if it fixes the bottoms of the pants.
Or just send them back.
