Ah, coffee when traveling. I found a small kettle for heating water that plugs into the cigarette lighter/outlet. It's really just an immersion heater with a kettle built around it. But it does, eventually, heat water to boiling. With a small travel French press you are in business.

I do yoga stretches during driving breaks, or power walk around a bit. Do you have what we call rest stops, or parks? You could jump rope, or run a little, if it's not too hot.

I always bring food when traveling. A small cooler holds cheese and boiled eggs, perhaps a salad or raw vegetables. Decent bread, juice, and whey protein are travel staples.
