One of my toenails has already come off today and I am left with a bloody stump -- OWCH!!!

I was so worried I was going to get my period right before or on race day . . . perfect timing, it came today!

Gonna take it easy this week with gentle stretching and a good ol' massage on Thursday. It's supposed to rain all weekend, with the possibility of a dash of snow. Might be a good time to pull out my yoga dvd's again . . .

Photos aren't yet available, but I'm almost scared to look. Per usual, I slathered my SPF 50 zinc oxide/titanium dioxide sunscreen in anticipation of the fog burning off at some point (the forecast said it was supposed to burn off and get up to 60 degrees -- HAH!). Anyway, I bet I look like a grimacing ghost crossing that finish line!
