    Screech!

I had to do a sliding stop today.

I slammed on the brakes because a car was headed perpendicularly towards the curb next to the pedestrian/bike path I was riding. Never mind there's a strip of grass, so he never intended to come across - I still thought he was headed straight at me. (Good morning!). So I came to a screeching halt, kinda proud I can.

Turns out he was only parking his car there and in a bit of a sportive driving mood.

Also, haven't ridden in a while because I'm too lazy to fix Ginger and my MTB is too precious for daily commuting. Today I have to be at PT on time.
It was freaking cold but I managed to bundle up so I was toasty.
It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

Sorry that you flatted. What's your one word description?
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...
