Heart Rate Monitor

I wear the Numetrex Bra - it is the one with the heart rate monitor built into the bra strap.

I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

I can't believe how easy and comfortable it is - no inconvenient strap to put around your chest.

And they sell the complete system (the bra, the transmitter, and the watch) at their website.

Oh, and the bra is so comfortable that I also wear it as just a sports bra too when I don't need to track my heart rate.
