Trigirl - try having an egg of somesort for your breakfast to keep you fuller longer. I always feel less hungary on the mornings that I have a homemade egg muffin sandwich. (1 egg in micro, slice of cheese and sour dough toasted english muffin)

I drink my water all during the day, not just right before I ride. I find this helps me feel not so waterlogged when I am riding. I also snack a bunch on raw veggies and friuts with pieces of cheese instead of crackers and PB. I haven't lost any weight yet but I have just started today to write everything down that I eat. I am 5'2 and 160 lbs. I have to start losing some weight at some point in time. I think that I am just mentally blocking out all of those extras that I eat and think a few won't hurt!

So writing things down might be the ticket. I also looked at different websites and found that I have to lower my calorie intake to about 1330 a day. I sit at a desk for most of the day and exersise sometime in the early moring or late at night.

Thanks, I am not real fond of eggs! I did Atkins for a year and can't look at them w/o feeling kinda grossed out, but I did lose 40 lbs.

I was down to 157 this morning, I didn't exercise at all Sat and Sun, that could have been part of the gain.

This morning I ate a veggie sausage patty with a slice of bread and a banana.

I always eat a lot in the mornings, every couple of hours I seem to feel hungry.

I to drink my water all through the day! didn't look that way from my reply tho

Hmmm, you probably don't want to hear this - but most people gain weight back when they go off of Atkins. Maybe that is what you are experiencing? How long have you been off Atkins?

If I stand up nice and tall I am 5'7". I did the wrist measurement thingy and it said my frame is small to med but I disagree, I wear size 9 shoes, I do have small wrists but that is about all that is small on me.
