Wow, I've never even had an option to think about top 10. No wait I made 8th in the swim in my AG in my first tri this year. Pretty lame.

Great Job OakLeaf! Especially after being exhausted from travel and in such awful humidity. Your time sounds great, and top of your class! What a GREAT feeling!
I did the local Jingle Bell Arthritis Run today. 4 miles. Averaged almost exactly 9 minute miles, which for me is outstanding for more than 2 miles at this time. But my friend who is 25 yrs older, beat me by a minute! Bugger.
It was fun, but I hadn't had nearly enough sleep -- therefore got up late and didn't have time to -- well, get the restroom thing worked out! So I ran the last two miles hoping I'd make it to the finish line before having to pull off the road and just go!
Not good in downtown! 
Good nap tonight and 7 to 8 miles on the schedule for tomorrow - -I'll take that slower for sure.Everyone Deserves a Lifetime
