Well it's true- cycling and exercise makes you healthier and better feeling all over and in every way.My husband bikes as well, and yes it's all a joy to us.
I was out of shape for years before I started biking and walking 2 1/2 years ago. (I'm 54 now) One of the more interesting benefits I found when I started fitness walking (before I got my bike and was still only walking) is that believe it or not it reduced the times I needed to get up and pee in the middle of the night. That was unexpected and very cool! I also noticed I was no longer sore and 'creaky' in the morning when I got up. Didn't need to 'thaw out my bones' in the morning- now I can just jump out of bed feeling good.



My husband bikes as well, and yes it's all a joy to us.
