Sorry Shootingstar, it was just too much fun. You are right, a bike ride is so good physically and mentally too. And if you're riding with a friend, the social aspect seems to amplify all the benefits even more! Tokie

There is a point in lives of many women, maybe in the 3rd decade and onward (or after a woman has had children) where the f*rt jokes ...are..more relevant. I'm relieved that cycling allows freedom to let loose to the wind.

I'm not kiddin' We're so lucky to be so uninhibited because of our sport.
